Let Me Be

Let me:
Be the rain
New life to maintain
Erase dryness
Used to be stain

Let me:
Be the rain
Friendship gained
Relief of stress
Let it drain
Boundless freedom
Destroying chains

Let me:
Be the rain
Wash away:
Your pain
Search of hope
Regained
Glittering smile
Need to maintain

Let me:
Be the rain
In my desert
Joy to live in
Profound love
Be the grain
Sunshine
Appears again
Dreams hard to restrain

Desert Sands (a 55 word poem)

Golden dunes
cold air floating
Unexpectedly

Where is spring
in our desert land
passing unnoticed?

Inescapable
swept by wind
grains of sand

Desert wind
gives no chance
a home to be made

Unexpectedly
with the rain fall
resting sands

Again sun appears
grains of sand
without home

A true nomad
traveling wind
a desert sand

Holding Roses

How passionately I am, when it comes to photography, however all the photographs taken by me are still laying over my table. Film rolls undeveloped. It’s been always an expensive hobby to pursue. Yet I could not help myself to admire the touch of those who mastered this art of photography. I wished my hands could be deigned with this talent. Today I was lucky enough to have a friend’s digital camera and this is what my eyes and hands had caught:

Roses
Subtle petals
Jointly falling
