~ How Poetry Feels ~

Don’t rush me

When I don’t feel

To be rushed at all

Let me pour

All in ease

An airy breeze

I’m a song

Within the wind

Silence within stillness

Poetry of my own

Words unuttered

Air untouched

Within core of my soul

I’m poetry of my own

The last lines says it all. One of my favorites of your poems. We are indeed all of us poetry! That should make us appreciate ourselves and each other even more :)

It's true, that's exactly how it feels when writing poetry! Also, I think when writing we connect with the great truth: that there's hope, light, and beauty...that this entire life is in fact one great sublime poem.
