~ Good Smile ~

I whisper a prayer under my breath
Not all the days I would stumble in defeats
Lord I’m standing against all thrown at me
Let my feet be an iron wall
That’s stands so strong and proud
No heart of mine would tremble in weeps
As I have put a good smile on my face
Facing all what comes my way
Standing strong despite falling defeats
Conquering heartaches and trenches of life
Just smiling and carrying on smiling
Smiling…………………………………………Smiling
Smiling………………………………Smiling
Smiling…………………Smiling
Smiling ……….Smiling
Smiling

~ The element of being ~

"All the moments that make up a human being have to be written about, talked about, painted, danced, in order to really talk about life. "
Rita Dove

A body you are
Yet you are an existence in lavish form
Immaculately watching yourself
Knowing this is all you
Rays of light
This is where you have been
The other journey is yet to be explored
A droplet is life
So complex in that tiny drop of who you are
Your core thread that connects it all
Is in your soul
Drapes the element of your being
A droplet you are
In palm of life galaxy

"Let us see again all the ambiguities and contradictions that make up a human being: the good and the bad and how they can exist in one person and make a complex individual."
Rita Dove

~Bewitched ~

There is a city
In Arabian land
That had thrown
A charm on me
Colorful pearl within a dark night
Glows in reflection of joy
Teasing breeze plays tender flute
Here I am allured in charms of Muscat
My soul bewitched

~ Soil Earth ~

Iranian Workers
Originally uploaded by HORIZON

I live the earth
Knowing it will outlive me
On a terrain of river
That had fell on me
Follow happiness as it poured
Nowhere except in me
Now find it all over my face
Lush happiness through my soil
Know that I'm a man
Who simply lived the earth
Carrying on my soil:
Mountains and rivers
If it flows or trembles down
I will be the soil to embrace it back
So the earth is me even if I'm gone

~ A woman in here ~

Oman
Originally uploaded by Jill and Jason

Open my door
A chipped old door
In faded frosty green
Made in wood
Some how chipped in time
Still there is a woman in here
In her chiffon black veil
Most of her face is veiled
You think she is suppressed in veil
She is a door that veils a home
There is a woman in here
Who knows if she has blood in her veins?
That flow with emotions
A tamed sea of sensation
You will never know if the water is deep
Till you dip in its waters
Or is she trapped in a chipped old door
But if you stare long enough in her eyes
You will no doubt find:
A WOMAN in here
