~ Back and Fro ~
Wave-worn Driftwood, Little Talbot Island State Park, Florida, a photo by MR MARK | photography on Flickr.
Tough times comes back and fro
You are the waves
That is telling me
Tears and pain tinkling foam
Touches my sand grains
Tough times retreats away
Yet some had been absorbed
Within these grains without knowing
I have learned my lessons
What I have missed learning at school
That pain at times inhabits our soul
You ought to stand against these waves
The reality is weaves will continue
To go back and fro
In acceptance of this fate
But I yield not to the pain

Beautiful, pains stored away in an absorbing memory as good times come and go, but just like the beach you may change but never entirely erode. Love it !
I love the back and fro of the ocean waves -- the constant white noise of eternal activity. And the grains do absorb the pain.
Your beauty shows through in your words.
I am happy you are well.
