Update: Speaking of shining more light, the winner will be given the chance to be interviewed at Living In Poetry.

Hush
Listen to this silence
Beating softly as heartbeats
Feel the rush
That awakes your senses
Accelerating, just as heat
It begins with spark
Can fuel into fire
Now your heart is racing
The urgency that fills you
You crave to reach…
To touch, in that instance peek of earth
A moment to be on a tip of flame
Ecstasy beyond physical form
In soul rejuvenation
The world is on your palm
You can feel its in the air
A sublime moment
Words falling
There is poetry in the air
Your soul picks just few of these words
Creating a precious poem
Signed only with your soul
That’s when your words concludes

Yes, it has been so many days …Living In Poetry has been a place where I learn from each one of those who are into words and poetry. Every time when I read an interview of a poet, it becomes clear that writing is a gift of God, words spur from no where and can not be anything else but the work of a Creator and to be gifted with such talent, its not merely an act of coincidence, every of us has a small task to achieve, even though we stand as a tiny needle in the palm of universe.

Floots with his blog i-land-i-site who had opened my eyes to poetry, nature and human side of it is that to feel the earth, take your steps in life in simplicity as much as you can. Read more about it at http://livinginpoetry.blogspot.com/2007/11/flootsfluting-image-and-words.html

Dew
Falls in droplets
Maple taste
The fall
From a sweet rose
But before it falls
It plants
Traces on her petals
A lazy hesitant kiss
Yet what my human eyes can't see
In every petal of this rose
Scripted poetry
A scent within her soul

This is poem inspired by the interview, though it’s a distant interview, but I hope you will agree with me after reading the interview with Mystic Rose and visit her blog that this poem would have not done her justice with her poetry. She is who she is

So he asked who is she. She stood there to inhale, with deep breath she plunged into thinking, the words repeated to her in self form “Who am I?” Lightening of thoughts by passed her, but were too fast for her to snatch the answer, and within self walls fear started to crawl in but insisted that she knows the answer of this simple question. As everyone has to know who are they, its impossible not to know. So the question repeated her self to her, she pulled the only rope that she had in her, is being spontaneous and her voice came out not offering an answer to the question but is to convince her self that she is the person is what she is about to describe “I’m a woman, who never enjoyed her womanhood, a soul that still searches her perfect body form, I’m a sensation that lost her tip of senses, I’m emptiness that awaits for fulfillment, I’m a tear - yet too weak to engrave her path, I’m human wanting God’s acceptance, I’m a female scribbled with many emotions, I’m a body cursed in curves, I’m hunger aching for a quench, I’m all ruins but wanting to parade my wall, I’m a child who wants to stand in shoes of a man and I’m poetry waiting to be all written” As she ended pronouncing of what she is, finally she had freed her chains of trouble. She stood in bold face staring at him, yet it was piercing into him, so he can understand, that she is a woman, who has been trapped in claws of lion, but too proud to show her defeat. She has no ground to fall, so she chooses to stand despite her trembling knees.

My mum always tells me "You never know who can be a source of inspiration to you and who can give you a helping hand in this life", how true her words are. I recall, I did this interview about Amias, who just published her book, it was self published. Im not sure if you know the sturggle in publishing a book all by your self. As she was my blogging friend and not all that but she was so inspirational to me, she was a sister to me.

Lately I recieved a wonderful email from her, stating on the progress of her book and she will stand beside me in helping me with my Tanzanian project. She poured so much love and hope into me. Thank you Amias.

Amias has a website http://liquidplastic.net/ where she honors sisterhood and brotherhood, beyond race or religion. It about reaching out for eachother. Do visit her website to know more about it. I was truly touched as I was among the sisters http://liquidplastic.net/members/nasra.htm who was honored, wow I dont recieve such honor like that. Thank you for closing the bridges of humanity.

~ My Soaring Spirit ~

Blogging had acquainted me with many experiences, opened my horizon but it brought me down to essence of friendship, reaching as far it can be …It had opened my mind that kindness can pour from places you would never think of …and wherever there are human beings, our world is still fine because we can reach out for one another…

Paul from his blog Spiritual Diablog and now www.originalfaith.com, has been one of my first blogs that I had visited, though I have not been a regular visitor, he would always knock my door, even at times I was not good commentator on religion matters, it just felt home to be visiting Paul’s blog…I discovered his Spirit of Faith crashing his calamity … With pride LIP takes a deeper look into Paul’s journey ~click here ~to read all about it, hope you can join-in to tribute Paul and sing along the Salmon Song.

In every color that God created
If my eyes can’t touch
None of colors of nature
My soul pierce so deep
Seeing through essence of living
If my ears fails to receive
All sounds of earth
I solace hearing silence
Then when I touch your heartbeats
I hear music rippling stillness
And if my body is too fragile
Decaying without me
My Sprit of faith
Conquers through my calamity and weakness
So behold when I’m passing
Know that I’m not a fragile soul
I conquered life with spirit of faith

Creativity: Colorful Lights Within Us

As we inhale and exhale, naturally circulating air within us. Creativity encircles within that flow of air. Life partake energy in our existence, floating within it creative energy. It only awaits for us to pick it. When we unwrap chains inside of us, allowing opening up to our creativity, we blossom through Creator's work like unchained air whirling with us and within us.

Excerpts of Julia Cameron (from the book "Heart Steps")
Pickled with Nasra Al Adawi words

Poetry Me

Line of fire

~Poetry Me~

I dived
To reach core of fire
Burning heat
With revolving lava
That keeps the earth together
But for me
I wanted to be
Face to face with poetry
To ask it
Why does it tremble?
The world that I'm in
As I plunged
Into the water of my soul
Tasting the burns of heat and cold
On the edge of poetry flame
I uttered two precious words
"Poetry Me"
My soul was so taken back
Hearing my pleading heart
But then I continued to urge
For the poetry flame
To even love me more
At every poetry touch
Escalating my being high
Then with swift of its reach
In countless brush
With electrifying fire
To poetry me endlessly
