Let Me Be

Let me:
Be the rain
New life to maintain
Erase dryness
Used to be stain

Let me:
Be the rain
Friendship gained
Relief of stress
Let it drain
Boundless freedom
Destroying chains

Let me:
Be the rain
Wash away:
Your pain
Search of hope
Regained
Glittering smile
Need to maintain

Let me:
Be the rain
In my desert
Joy to live in
Profound love
Be the grain
Sunshine
Appears again
Dreams hard to restrain

Nice, oh, how nice!

That remains me of some verses which say:
God will give his rain and it will not come back until it has fulfilled what it should do.
a second:
I will give the early rain and the late rain...
and the desert will blossom
with little flowers

Behold, I make everything new.
Don't think of the old things
because I have made a new creation.
Old things are passed away,
behold everything has become new.
Don't look back
because already yet
a new plant grows up,
don't you ever see it???
and
You will take water
from the fountain of rescue
at this time then
you will say:
praise the Lord
oh my soul
and everything
within me
praise His Holy Name!

You shall rejoice and you joy
nobody shall take away from you

for the Saint is the Holy one your Redeemer
who takes your right hand
and sayeth:
don't fear,
I am with you,
don't be afraid
I am near you
I am with you when you have to pass fire
I surround you when you have to pass deep waters
and the flood shall
not overcome you
and the waves shall not drown you
for I am with you
the Holy one
Holy Holy Holy
the Lord of Hosts

and all that is within me
praise his holy name

Iamnasra,
I think I wrote that within two or three minutes - the words only began to flow
because I am so lucky - - -
so inspired by your
wonderful poem

Nasra,

Lot of people on the blog network inspire me a lot... you are one of them.

My version
############################

Let me:
Be the pain
To recognize the pleasures;
wait for the time,
Admit again

Let me:
Be the pain
To end the fame;
mind the path,
Admit again

Let me:
Be the pain
Hate them again;
change the time,
Admit again

Let me:
Be the pain
Bring you back;
erase the blame,
Admit again

Let me:
Be the pain
Else everything is plain;
back to square,
Start again

############################

Cheers,
{P}
