≈ Poetic Survival ≈

Will poetry prevail?
When the current is so strong
To just carry us ashore
It seems life has no place for words
Nor there is impulse moment to poetically dream
You are the poet who lost control
You feel the rush
Yet the current pulls you down
You fight reality
So you can just keep one glint of inspiration
A tiny spark to light your fire
It’s all you can hold
Grasping hope
For one inspiration that will keep you alive
A poet for one day
Yet it’s lifetime enlightenment
Poetry survives

"The one inspiration which will keep you alive" I know the feeling. It seems to come more often for you than for me though.
You are the master of poetry to my eyes.
