~I’m Waiting ~

PIECE OF MY HEART
Originally uploaded by rainbow soul

I’m waiting for your music
Your tune that I never heard before
Tiny finger tips stringing on my being
Bring your music on
Seems a lifetime that I spent waiting
Connect me to you in a language of your tune
Nothing lost in translation
As your music needs no words of language
Just tiny tinkles on my soul

I like this, and especially like how child-centered this line is:

"Connect me to you in a language of your tune"

Ohh, I didn't know. How wonderful.

I am mostly at synch-ro-ni-zing now - not flying.

A wonderful life to be is there.
And a gentle soul waiting.
Two lives split into three to continue the flow. Beauty

Thanks for the complement on my poem. From you, it is a true blessing.

one of the best i've ever read on the subject of the bond between mother and child...

"Nothing lost in translation..."

wow! this tells a lot...

what you are experiencing is so sublime... with your child's birth and taking care of her/him, you are born anew too... to a new world...

namaste!

Hi Nasra,
Music inspires me, too. This flows lovely like a song of the heart.

Your friend who has been away too long

So beautiful, Nasra...The discovery of each other is yet another journey to cherish-- a regular pioneer you are now, exploring territory hither to unknown in humanity and human kind--a new soul. Each sound, each scent, each time you look in those new eyes, you'll be stepping on virgin moons-- and oh, that light in those eyes when they look up at you-- such trust and sacred knowledge of belonging to you... Truly a poem to be discovered in the writing. --Charlie
